The Diet Solution book imageI find the Diet Solution Book as much more than a weight loss program. This book change my perception on how to make wise food choices as I found out that many of the foods I considered healthy (and boring), were actually making me store fat and damaging my body. I also found that you don´t have quit to your favorite food, do exhausting sessions at the gym or count your calorie in take, as this is NOT A DIET program. Instead, the diet solution book guides you towards maintaining your metabolism at an optimal fat burning level.

The DSP motto is to stop dieting, start eating and start living so it’s important to understand that this is less of a diet and more of a lifestyle plan. A plan that guides you towards becoming healthier and thinner by making small changes in your diet such as cutting out foods that are bad for you and consuming the right kinds of carbs and fat.

You’re probably thinking that losing weight is definitely not that easy. However, Isabel dispels weight loss myths and misinformation about foods which we think are supposed to help us lose weight but in reality do no such thing, and this makes things a lot easier. After reading the diet solution book, and following the program I can tell you that this is no hokey scam making outlandish claims- this is a 100% natural, doctor approved program.

How it Works
The foundation of the Diet Solution Program lies on 3 principles: know what foods make us gain weight, know the kinds of food that keep you from losing weight, and which foods when combined together accelerate weight loss in the short and long term.  Isabel explains these principles in detail and initially, the influx of information may seem a little overwhelming but once you get the hang of it, you can easily integrate them into your life. Another feature is the lack of rigidity. It really gives the user the freedom that most other restrictive diets simply do not offer. You are not expected to eat bad tasting or bland foods; you can eat all sorts of yummy foods which are actually good for you and burn fat! Some of the examples given are eggs, nuts, beacon, shredded grain bread, coconut oil and all kinds of fruits and vegetables.

In a nutshell, the Diet Solution book teaches you how to eat your way (not starve) to a better looking figure. It also educates you about an aspect that most other diet plans ignore, i.e. understanding your own body- Not everyone loses weight the same way. This program helps your understand your own specific metabolism type and how to eat based on that so you can burn fat faster.

Overall, I found this program to be the best long term nutrition plan as it allows to break free from the vicious cycle of harmful crash diets and begin the journey towards a healthier life and a leaner figure.
